1. Service Agreement
- Our cleaning services are provided by trained professionals who follow safety and quality standards.
- Customers are requested to provide accurate details such as address, preferred time, and service type while booking.
- The company reserves the right to accept or decline any booking based on availability or other valid reasons.
2. Payment Terms
- Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Remaining payment (if any) must be made immediately after the completion of the service.
- Accepted payment modes include UPI, bank transfer, or cash.
- All payments are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Customers can cancel or reschedule bookings at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of service time may result in a cancellation fee.
- In case of unavoidable delays (traffic, weather, etc.), we will inform the customer and reschedule accordingly.
4. Service Limitations
- Our team performs cleaning services only in safe and accessible areas.
- Heavy furniture movement or cleaning of items beyond reach without safety tools is not included.
- Deep stains, permanent marks, or damages may not be completely removable.
- Electrical, plumbing, or repair work is not included unless specifically mentioned.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure availability of water, electricity, and access to the premises during the scheduled time.
- Keep valuables and fragile items safe before the team arrives.
- Notify the team immediately in case of any dissatisfaction during the service.
6. Liability
- While utmost care is taken during every service, Best Home Cleaning Service is not liable for pre-existing damage, accidental breakage, or loss of items unless proven to be caused by negligence.
- The company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the service provided.
7. Privacy Policy
- Customer details like name, address, phone number, and email are used solely for service purposes and communication.
- We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.
8. Changes to Terms
- Best Home Cleaning Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
